Eligibility For Admission

The Eligibility for Pre-University courses in Karnataka 10th / CBSE / ICSE / NIOS / or Any Other State Board

Admission Criteria

Registration

Interested candidates must register for the program by providing basic details through Offline or Online mode.

Step

02
Personal Interview

A one-on-one interaction with the Principal to assess the candidate’s interest, aptitude, and suitability for the course.

Application Filing

Completion of the official admission application form with accurate academic and personal information.

Document Submission and Verification

Submission of required documents, such as
• SSLC/X Marks Card
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate (for reservations)
• Aadhar Card of the Student
• Aadhar Card of the Parents
• 6-Passport-size photographs
• 6-Stamp-size photographs
• Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate for the CBSE/ICSE and other state students and other relevant certificates for verification.

Fee Payment

Payment of the prescribed course fee as per the college guidelines.

Final Submission

Confirmation of admission upon successful completion of all the above steps.

NOTE : Admission granted by the college is only provisional & admission has to be approved by the pre- university Board. Date of admission depends upon the notification of the results of S.S.L.C / CBSE / ICSE or Equivialent Board.

FEE REGULATION

The fee for the whole year must be paid on the day of admission. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Students must collect the fee receipt from the college office. They must keep the students copy of the receipt safely for the future reference.

Students are expected to clear all their arrears including fine, breakage, damages etc., before collecting the admission ticket for the board exam.

ATTENDANCE : Student has to attend all the classes regularly & punctually. According to PU Board required attendance in each subject is mandatory for facing the promotional examination. In case of sickness or emergency a leave letter/medical certificate has to be produced on the day of student's return in a prescribed format. All the leave letters are to be duly signed by the parents/ guardians, if failed to produce the leave letter, stern action will be taken.
